6 pack Pork in red guajillo sauce

Tamales rojos  are an ideal way to start introducing yourself to the new flavours of the mexican cuisine, very mild in taste and non spicy. We slow cook the pork in a broth with spices and herbs.

The slow cooked Shredded pork is then  simmered  in our red tomato sauce and covered in a Corn Masa Dough, then wrapped in a Corn Husk and steamed for around 2 hours.

We then vacuum seal them and freeze ready for dispatch.
